After more than a decade of therapeutic massage and years of specializing in slow, deeply grounding Barefoot Massage, I’m expanding my practice into a new area of work that I’m incredibly excited to share — Holistic Facial Sculpting, TMJ and jaw-focused care, and therapeutic work for the head, neck and face.

Holistic Facial Sculpting

My Holistic Facial Sculpting treatments combine facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, intraoral/buccal massage, and focused work through the face, jaw, neck and scalp.

This work is about much more than appearance. The face holds tension, expression, stress and habitual patterns just like the rest of the body. My approach brings together therapeutic touch, facial mobility, nervous-system support and natural facial rejuvenation in an unhurried treatment designed to help you soften, settle and simply receive.

Choose The Foundation, a complete 75-minute Holistic Facial Sculpting treatment, or The Ritual, an extended 90-minute experience with additional neck, shoulder, scalp and hand work.

For clients who want consistency and progression over time, 6-, 8- and 12-Week Holistic Facial Sculpting Journeys are also available.

Therapeutic Jaw, Head & Neck Work

This next chapter also brings a greater focus to the areas where so many of us carry tension — the jaw, face, temples, scalp, head and neck.

The Unwind | TMJ + Jaw Treatment offers focused external and intraoral work for the jaw, face, neck and surrounding muscles.

Additional specialized education in TMJ dysfunction, headache-focused massage, Facial Cupping and Gua Shacontinues this fall, with my headache-focused treatment, The Release, coming soon.

Barefoot Massage Continues

Barefoot Massage remains an important part of Healthy Manifestations and continues to be available for my established massage clientele.

As my practice evolves, however, my focus is intentionally shifting toward Holistic Facial Sculpting, TMJ and jaw work, and headache-focused care, allowing me to continue offering thoughtful, therapeutic work in a way that is sustainable for many years to come.

A Simple, All-Inclusive Experience

Healthy Manifestations has also transitioned to all-inclusive treatment pricing.

Gratuity is now included in your treatment price, so there is no need to add a tip. The thoughtful comforts that are part of your treatment — including things like hot towels, heat, aromatherapy and other treatment enhancements I select for you — are included as well.

The price you see is the complete price of your experience.
